After 15 years working in PR within commercial property, retail, fashion and B2B events, I’ve built up a reputation for creating campaigns which have delivered results and awards for many happy clients. This has all been great preparation for what was to come in 2020 when I co-founded Cake + Ice Cream (C+I), a PR and communications consultancy, with the very talented Jane Clark – a former colleague and now my business partner. We have built C+I from the ground up, venturing way out of our comfort zones to take on all-new sectors. This, alongside our individual achievements and reputability, has paid off and we have been able to work with fantastic businesses in cyber security, foodservice and re-commerce predominantly but also in tourism, hospitality, lifestyle and residential property.
