Over 15 years of experience in the field of financial reporting and auditing. This includes 7 years of experience in the role of Executive Director Finance reporting to the Group CFO for an FMCG holding Company listed on Saudi Arabia stock exchange. With an effective role of deputy CFO with the role to oversee the financial statement preparation and regulatory compliance including the XBRL preparation and submissions along with coordinating with the Group Auditors for the external audit purposes (quarterly reviews and annual audits). Prior to this, have had 8 years of experience working as an external auditor in one of the Big4 firms providing audit services to the financial and non financial sector clients. During the tenure with KPMG, had an opportunity to work in KPMG London office in relation to an assignment for one of the leading banks.
