Hello,! My name is Roberto Preziuso, I am a native Italian, I am 40 years old and as you can see from my CV, I have been working in the sales sector for more than 15 years. In my career I had the opportunity to collaborate with several companies as a sales agent: Teleperfomance, Rumbo, Expandi Group, Dialoga Group, eBay. My attitude is purely commercial, over the years I have learned to understand the customer and to know how much and when I can push a sale. Surely using key questions to understand the customer in depth is fundamental, but even more important is the empathy I can create with the customer himself which often makes the difference between closing a sale or not.
