Behind the scenes, I take care of the moving parts: from inbox and calendar management to customer service, and workflow support — all with a calm, can-do attitude. My background spans both startup and education environments, giving me the agility to adapt to different industries and team dynamics. Whether you're flying solo or growing a team, I’m here to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. 🔧 What I bring to the table: • Executive & Admin Support — inboxes, calendars, SOPs, file systems • Customer Service — thoughtful support across chat, email, and phone • Project Tracking — ClickUp, Asana, Notion, That's The One, Typeform, Google Sheets, etc. • Recruitment Tasks — ATS handling (i.e, Zoho), applicant screening • Visual Content — simple Canva graphics and clean presentations • Research & Data Entry — reports, lead lists, data cleanup All in all, I am a highly motivated individual with a strong sense of values that seeks to establish and contribute what's best to the client I work for.
