Valeria L.

I turn ideas or messy problems into products people actually want to use, and that actually convert. I've led product design end-to-end across startups and scaling companies, from setting the vision and running a design team to getting the design in Figma and building every screen myself. Whether I'm operating as your fractional CPO shaping product strategy, or your senior designer owning the UI/UX execution, my focus stays the same: ship something that moves your metrics, not just looks pretty in a Dribbble shot. What I do best: ✔ Product strategy & design leadership ✔ Full product design (web + mobile, 0→1 or redesign) ✔ UX research & user flows that kill friction ✔ Responsive design across desktop, tablet & mobile ✔ Interactive prototyping & design systems in Figma ✔ Bridging the gap between business goals, dev, and design Why clients keep coming back: I am on the founder side myself. I know what it's like when design isn't just about aesthetics, it's about retention, activation, revenue. I'll ask the uncomfortable questions about what your users actually need, push back when a feature won't work, and deliver designs your dev team can build without guessing. I'm used to working directly with founders, PMs, and engineers, leading when you need me to, executing when you don't. No fluff, no endless revision loops, no waiting around. Whether it's a SaaS product that's bleeding users, a mobile app from scratch, a landing page that needs to convert, or a team that needs design direction, I'll own it. Let's talk about your project.
