Alexander M.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administrator with 16+ years in IT. I fix email that lands in spam, move mailboxes between platforms, and set up tenants so they stay secure after I leave. What I do: - Email deliverability: SPF, DKIM and DMARC audit and setup, DMARC rollout from monitoring to reject, Google Postmaster Tools. A recent client went to 10/10 on mail-tester. - Migrations: IMAP and cPanel to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 and back, tenant to tenant. Recent ones: 16 mailboxes and 143 GB with a strict DMARC policy in place, and 25 Google accounts with mail, calendars and contacts. - Microsoft 365 security: Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Defender for Business, Purview DLP and retention. - Google Workspace: shared drives, offboarding and mailbox archiving, 2-Step Verification rollout, storage cleanup. - Teams and SharePoint: guest access, permissions, file server to SharePoint. - DNS and domains: Cloudflare, registrar transfers, broken records. - Automation: PowerShell, Graph API, n8n on your own VPS with Docker and SSL. - ManageEngine Endpoint Central: patching and software deployment. Background: - Microsoft 365 Technical Advisor, tier 2/3, on Microsoft's New Product Playbook program (2023-2024): Microsoft 365, Copilot, Viva. - 9 years as the dedicated IT engineer for a manufacturing site with 500+ users: Lotus Notes to Microsoft 365 migration, VMware cluster, Active Directory, Cisco network. How I work: - Before we talk, I check your domain and DNS, so my questions are short. - Fixed price with a clear scope: what is included, what is not, what you do yourself. - I work from a named account you create and remove at the end. I do not need your passwords. - At the end you get a short report: what was wrong, what I changed, how to check it yourself. I am in Bali (UTC+8) and work late, so US and European mornings are easy to cover.
