Hi, I'm Anda. For about 5 years I've been handling sourcing, procurement and inventory for clients in the US, UK and EU, most of them brands selling on Amazon. In practice that means I take care of the whole chain: 🏭 Finding and auditing factories, so you know exactly who you're working with 🤝 Negotiating price, MOQ and payment terms 🧪 Managing samples until they're right ✅ QC and inspections before goods ship 💰 Working out landed cost and P&L before you commit 🚢 Arranging logistics with forwarders 📦 Planning inventory so you don't run out or sit on too much stock 🤖 Here's what's different about how I work now: I run my supply chain work with a team of AI agents that I manage. They handle the research, tracking and reporting, so I can move faster and every step is tracked in live dashboards you can check anytime. I personally review and approve every decision - nothing goes to a supplier or to you without my sign-off. 🤖 My team covers: 🔍 Sourcing & Procurement 💡 Product Research 🛒 Amazon Marketplace Specialist 📈 Demand Planning 🚚 Logistics & Inventory 📊 Data Analyst (dashboards & reporting) ⚖️ Legal & Compliance 🎨 Design (packaging & branding) 🗂️ Project Assistant (coordination & reporting) 📊 You can see how this looks in my portfolio: an end-to-end supply chain dashboard covering POs and suppliers, payments, sales, logistics, inventory and demand forecasting. 🪵 Products I've sourced include wooden furniture, steel products, tempered glass, wood flooring, promotional gifts, jewelry, apparel and POSM.... 👋 If you need someone to look after your supply chain, or just one part of it, feel free to send me a message. I'm happy to chat about what you need. Anda
