Your Zoho platform should run the business, not create more work for it. I take ownership of complex Zoho environments: untangling broken automations, designing scalable architecture, and turning real operational workflows into reliable systems across the Zoho ecosystem. I work across the Zoho platform, not only Zoho CRM. Depending on the process, I design and connect CRM, Creator, Analytics, Books, Inventory, Projects, People, Recruit, Forms, Sign, WorkDrive, Flow, and external services. I am a strong fit when: - Zoho or Zoho One has become critical to daily operations, but no one truly owns the system; - a previous implementation left behind fragile workflows, duplicated logic, or unclear architecture; - your process is more complex than a standard sales pipeline; - you need someone who can speak with business stakeholders, design the solution, and implement it; - you want an ongoing Zoho owner, not just a task-by-task configurator. What I can own: - Zoho and Zoho One system audits and improvement roadmaps; - cross-app architecture, data flows, custom applications, permissions, and data models; - CRM modules, fields, layouts, and operational process design; - complex Blueprints, SLAs, workflows, validation rules, and approval logic; - Deluge functions, debugging, and process automation; - integrations with external systems and APIs; - Zoho Analytics data models, dashboards, and operational reporting; - ongoing maintenance, optimization, and evolution of the platform. Recent example: I took ownership of a healthcare operations system where Zoho manages a multi-stage client intake process, document collection, insurance workflows, assessments, staffing coordination, authorizations, SLA tracking, and internal handoffs. The engagement began with a full system audit and evolved into long-term architecture, automation, debugging, and optimization. I bring 5+ years of Zoho platform experience across 100+ companies and combine hands-on implementation expertise with business analysis and operational leadership.
