My career has been built on a simple premise: I look for where an organisation is losing time or talent and I help set up the systems to fix it. From establishing HR departments from scratch in Skopje to handling complex investigative claims in Melbourne, I have spent over 10 years working to understand how teams operate, grow and maintain their internal alignment. Currently, I work as a Job Search Coaching Partner with CareerHigher. In this role, I support experienced professionals across the US and EU market by providing the structure, strategy and practical guidance they need to navigate the job market effectively. I use my background as an HR executive and hiring manager to help clients map out their next career steps with clarity. In my previous role as Work Package 5 Lead for the POLICY ANSWERS project (Horizon Europe), I coordinated the R&I agenda across the Western Balkans. In an independent and personal capacity, I lead Hike&Heal — a civil initiative dedicated to female community resilience, movement and nature, rooted in the principles of ecofeminism. This project allows me to channel my interest in well-being and social innovation into tangible experiences that reconnect people with their environment and themselves. This work is conducted entirely outside my formal project responsibilities and on my own time. 💡 Facilitation & Training Lead facilitator for over 30 retreats and 100+ in-house sessions since 2005. Co-Founder of a florist and tobacco business, a difficult real-life experience that taught me a great deal about B2B negotiations and accounting. Co-Founder of SeeWander, an interactive platform connecting talent acquisition professionals with talent from the Southeast Europe region (developed to MVP stage).
