Hello! I am a Florida-licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. I have 10 years of experience in providing physical rehabilitation to those suffering from painful and/or functionally limiting medical conditions. I primarily work with the following disorders and patient populations: - Lymphedema -Lipedema - Oncology (e.g., patients with breast cancer status post lumpectomy/mastectomy, lymph node removal, radiation, and chemotherapy) - Venous insufficiency - Orthopedic injuries - Orthopedic surgeries - Chronic conditions - Neurological conditions - Fall risk - Generalized weakness and deconditioning Treatment approaches include any or all of the following, depending on the patient and their diagnosis: - Complete Decongestive Therapy - Various forms of graded and progressive exercise - Manual therapy (e.g., massage, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, joint mobilizations) - Modalities (e.g., electrical stimulation, ultrasound, low level laser therapy, vasopneumatic compression pump) - Functional movement training - Teaching a comprehensive home program to address and continue maintaining results of therapy
