Hello! My name is Brandilynn Hubbard and I am an Instructional Designer. Currently, I work for a corporation designing training materials such as elearning courses, documentation, videos, and live virtual classes. I have a Masters Degree in Instructional Design and Technology with a focus on E-Learning from the University of Central Florida. My time at UCF stretched past my graduation as I assisted in the development of online courses, resources, and University-Wide projects for the College of Community Innovation and Education, the College of Psychology, and the College of Arts and Humanities. I have worked as a Freelance Online Course and Content Developer developing courses on a number of topics ranging from Sexual Harassment in the Workplace to Becoming a Certified Social Media Influencer. I believe motivation is key to a learner's success in an online course. As such, I utilize active learning strategies such as simulations, gamification, game-based learning, interactive elements, and collaborative learning. I truly enjoy what I do and specialize in developing interactive learning content such as interactive infographics, presentations, videos, podcasts, and games.
