Software & Automation for Businesses | n8n, Make, GHL

I design and build workflow automations in n8n and Make that connect your tools, cut manual work, and run reliably without babysitting. I've built automations that: - Pull leads/data from forms, CRMs, and APIs, enrich them, and route them automatically, no manual data entry - Trigger AI agents inside a workflow (OpenAI/Claude) to qualify leads, summarize documents, or generate content, then push the output straight into Slack, email, Sheets, or a CRM - Handle multi-step approval chains, scheduled reports, and cross-platform syncing (CRM - email - Slack - database) without breaking when one tool changes Example builds: 1. LinkedIn Content Automation (n8n): Pulls relevant industry news, then generates three distinct content formats (founder voice, company page, blog) from a single pipeline, fully automated. 2. AI Sales Call Assistant (Make + Retell AI + Airtable): Answers inbound calls, qualifies leads, routes callers, and logs everything to CRM without human intervention. 3. Speed to Lead System For Real Estate Agent (GHL): A complete GoHighLevel system built for a real estate agent, capturing leads through a branded valuation funnel, tracking them through a custom pipeline, and automating every stage: instant follow-up, appointment booking, no-show recovery, stale-lead cleanup, and a 4-part nurture sequence, turning cold leads into booked calls automatically. Beyond drag-and-drop, I also write custom code when a workflow tool hits its limits, so you're not stuck if the "no-code" version can't handle your edge cases: - Gen: Built the backend (Ruby on Rails) and AI workflow pipelines for a marketing platform, deployed on RunPod. - Enhancor: Built the backend and AI pipeline for a service that reprocesses AI-generated images/video for photorealism, deployed on RunPod. - Legal Document Analyzer (RAG): Built the backend for a system that checks legal documents against a rule set and flags issues automatically, cutting manual review time for lawyers. This means I can start you in n8n/Make for speed, and add custom backend/API/RAG work only where it's actually needed, instead of forcing everything into either "pure no-code" or "pure custom dev." Stack: n8n, Make, RunPod, GHL, OpenAI/Claude APIs, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, Next.js/React, CI/CD. Let me know what's eating your team's time manually, and I'll tell you honestly whether a workflow tool solves it or it needs custom code; no upsell either direction.
