Since my first job at 15 years old, I have worked in many different areas, but all of them had one thing in common: customer service. I have worked in telemarketing, banking, IT analytics, business management and mostly sales, but the contact with clients was always the same. Now I have 17 years of experience in dealing with clients and this is the main reason why my interactions with customers have the highest standards of quality. I am a very fast learner and I am always trying to learn more. I have certifications from Oxford, Harvard and MIT in areas like Microeconomics and Leadership. But even if I have to work with something I have never worked or studied before, it will not keep me from becoming the best at it.
