Growth Partner: Google & Meta Ads, Landing Pages, Tracking & CRO
I help growing companies and agencies turn ad spend into revenue. Clients bring me in as a senior growth partner, not just another media buyer. I look at the whole path from the ad to money in the bank: the offer, the traffic, the landing page, the tracking, and what happens to a lead after it comes in. Then I find the step that's actually holding growth back and fix that first. Most of the time the ads aren't the only problem. A campaign can hit its cost per lead and still lose money if the page doesn't convert, the tracking counts the wrong thing, or nobody calls the lead back. So I judge the work by qualified leads, sales and what a customer costs you, not by clicks. I've managed $14M+ in Google and Meta ad spend across 200+ ad accounts in eight years, including about $100,000 a month in Google Ads for a single med spa. I have an engineering background, so I can take a plan all the way to the build: launching and testing ads, designing and building landing pages, setting up tracking, and improving conversion rates over time. What that looks like at each step: • Offer and creative: For an employer-of-record company, we reworked the existing ads and set up a steady creative-testing process. After a few months, qualified leads went from 62% to 84% of the total. • Campaigns: For a university graduate business school, our work across Google and Meta brought overall Google cost per lead from $274 to $115, and conversion rate from 1.8% to 4.85%. • Landing pages: For a manufacturing company, I designed the landing page as part of work that helped increase conversion rate by over 700% within 90 days. • Tracking: A law firm spending $25,000 a month on Google Ads had hired three people to fix its tracking. I found the problem in one Tag Manager preview session. • Follow-up and sales: For a B2B software company, we tested 58 ad creatives and got the winners to $49–51 per lead. The bigger leak was after the ad: a 25% show rate and about 1 in 15 appointments closing. That's the kind of thing I look for before anyone spends more on ads. Ways to work together Growth partner for one company: I map the path from ad spend to revenue, set the plan, and run or direct the work across ads, landing pages, tracking and follow-up. Reporting ties back to qualified leads, sales and acquisition cost, so you know where the next dollar should go. White-label for agencies: I run your clients' Google and Meta accounts under your brand. I'm strong on both platforms, and on Meta I work closely with your creative team. Flat monthly pricing per block of accounts. Growth audit and strategy call: where money is leaking between the ad and the sale, what to fix first, and how we'll know it worked. We go through it together on a call. Tracking and attribution: when the platform numbers don't match what sales sees, I fix the data first, so every budget decision after that is based on something real. Best fit: companies and agencies in the US and Canada that already spend real money on ads, have a sales process that can tell a good lead from a bad one, and want someone senior looking at the whole picture. Send me what you're spending, what a good customer is worth to you, and where you think things are breaking. I'll tell you where I'd look first.
