The evolving exponential growth in technology through new applications, products and services, continuous technology innovation, and rapidly changing economics are motivating factors for the creation of a fundamentally new Architecture for the 21st Century. The architecture profession is not known for being quick to change, but as the design process goes digital and clients demand more value from their projects. I, 𝐀𝐲𝐨 𝐎. a budding and seasoned architect must evolve to meet clients' satisfaction while 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬—𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧, 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐈𝐌—𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. The premise for 21st Century Architecture is that it aims to use better materials and technologies for better buildings that are fundamentally sustainable. Therefore advances in technology has brought out advances in Architecture: Complex geometry, astounding heights, structures that defy physics; while still remaining efficient, highly sustainable and durable. Hence, the need for a 21st Century Architect to bring your ideas to life in the most compelling way befitting of today's world. Figuring the best way to fit all the pieces together is what I do best. From concept sketches to creating amazing and memorable designs is what inspires me in life. What began as a childhood fascination has grown into a lifelong passion that continues to drive my personal and professional goals. Over the last 10 years, I've worked on over 100 projects in the US and across the world building the necessary skillset and required experience to tackle any design challenges and projects. Successfully completed Numerous works of Residential (ADU's Custom Homes...) and Commercial Construction projects using CAD.
