Jannik M.

Your Notion workspace shouldn't feel like a second job. I build Notion systems and automation pipelines that eliminate manual busywork, permanently. With 4+ years of experience and 100+ custom builds delivered, I've helped business owners reclaim hours every week by turning messy, manual processes into clean, automated operations. Here's what clients say after working with me: "He didn't just set things up. He structured everything in a way that actually supports how my team operates day-to-day." "He was able to take all of our ideas, even the ones we could barely put into words, and turn them into a fully functional system." "He has over-delivered each and every time." That's the standard I hold every project to. ⚙️ What I build: • Custom Notion workspaces — CRMs, project trackers, client portals, dashboards, full business hubs • Automation pipelines — Make, N8N, Zapier, Google Apps Script, GHL, Relay.app • API integrations — connecting Notion with Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Asana, and more • SOPs and documentation — so your team actually uses the system after handoff 📊 Results from recent projects: • 90%+ reduction in manual workload (multiple clients) • 95% improvement in reporting accuracy (Western Welding Academy) • 15–20% team efficiency increase (SoScale Media) • Full CRM built from scratch for a fitness coaching business, delivered on time, stress-free 🏗️ Industries I know well: Construction · Real Estate · Marketing Agencies · Fitness & Coaching I run NotionNik IT Solutions, a small specialist team I manage directly. You get one accountable project lead (me) plus the execution capacity to deliver on schedule. My edge: I'm a translator. I take vague, hard-to-articulate operational problems and turn them into clean, scalable systems. No jargon, no guesswork. If you're ready to stop duct-taping your workflow together, let's talk.
