Anna Y.

I design and build complete management systems for growing businesses. Workflows, data structure, automation, and AI, working together instead of bolted on separately. My background is in business and operations, not just tools. For 8 years I co-founded Gearheart, a development studio that built custom management systems for clients across the US, EU, and Canada. I worked across many different business types and internal structures, which taught me how different companies actually operate day to day, not just how a tool's demo looks. I also ran the internal processes and systems for Gearheart itself as it grew to 40 people. Now I apply that same thinking to no-code and AI. I build on SmartSuite, Airtable, Monday, ClickUp, Notion, and Make/Zapier, and I develop custom AI tools and agents when a business need goes beyond what no-code can handle. I lead every project myself. A small team supports execution so work doesn't stall. What I do: - Map out how your business actually runs before touching any tool - Build and connect your systems (Make, Zapier, direct APIs) - Develop custom AI agents and tools for needs no-code can't cover - complex tasks, custom clients portals, internal apps for employees. - Train your team so people actually use what's built - Support the system as your business changes I'm Ukrainian, based in Calgary, Canada.
