I've built AI agents and business automation for lead qualification, sales follow-up, CRM handoffs, document processing, company knowledge assistants and recurring reporting. I've also delivered production RAG and vision work, with hands-on n8n, Make and Zapier delivery. My work combines practical automation with the engineering needed to operate it: source validation, clear permissions, human review, durable records and tested failure handling. Recent examples: • Followthrough: I designed and built a local accountability application that turned communication evidence into owners, deadlines and next actions. I implemented its Python/SQLite backend, review dashboard, Gmail/Slack/Roam adapters, structured AI extraction, audit history, scheduled checks, restart recovery and duplicate suppression. I implemented explicit previews and conflict review for optional Linear synchronization. • Threadline: I built a company-memory product prototype with a self-hosted knowledge assistant and an authenticated model gateway. Answers used an approved document corpus and validated citations. I implemented request limits, cancellation, timeouts and concurrency controls, and tested provider failures. I also designed the responsive interface and original Rive animation. • Jeirotex: I delivered lead qualification, personalized sales follow-up, CRM handoffs, document handling, approval chains, company knowledge assistants, recurring reporting and calendar/email assistance. For an existing system, I start by reviewing the code and the real workflow, preserving what works and identifying the highest-impact gaps. We agree one useful first release and its acceptance criteria, then complete it with tests, documentation and a practical handover. Consequential actions belong behind explicit approval.
