Ron Ely A.

I'm a developer who enjoys learning new stuff whether it is related to programming or not. I empathize with my employer and understand how my output could affect their businesses, especially startups. Hence, I give importance to my commitment to work. The current path I have taken these past few years in the start-up company may have dulled my programming skills. But it was traded with a better Business Process understanding and personality development. I will rate my experience in programming technology as basic but seeing how I can catch up with the new frameworks means I can still improve when given the chance. I'm willing to start from the beginning and then prove my skills on my way up.
