One of my skills I honed working under customer service is multi tasking and working under pressure. On my line of work, I do calling and encoding at the same time to make work done a lot easier and efficient. I deal with a lot of customers and make sure to provide them great customer service. I always make sure to end my call with smiles on their faces. I also provide them great options for them to save money. I love dealing with customers. It allows me to improve my communication skills and converse to people nicely.
