Hello and welcome! I'm Ioana. Co-Founder and CEO of Produlect, and a senior product leader with 10+ years of experience running complex software engagements for startups, scale ups, and enterprises. Four to six weeks where I embed with your team, run stakeholder interviews, pressure test your product vision, and hand you a roadmap, a decision framework, and a stakeholder map your team can run on. Not a deck. A plan. Fractional product leadership. Three to six months operating as your embedded CPO or senior PM while the plan gets built. Running sprints, owning the roadmap, managing stakeholders, and coaching your internal team. I leave the function stronger than I found it. Stakeholder navigation as a real deliverable. Every engagement produces a clear map of who decides what, who can block, who needs to be brought along, and where the friction actually lives. This is the layer most product strategy engagements skip, and it's why they fail. A recent outcome I'm proud of: on a recent enterprise engagement, the client's team reported 50 to 60 percent fewer amendment rounds per project, zero overtime for the design team, and in their own words, "we were prepared like never before. Timelines, deadlines, a stakeholder map, scenarios discussed. Everyone was relaxed. We'd never had this before." That's what a Produlect engagement is built to produce.
