Eduardo C.

I help businesses turn customer conversations into booked calls, conversions, and long term relationships. With over 6 years of experience in customer support, outreach, and operations, I have worked with global companies handling high volume communication across phone, chat, email, and messaging platforms. My focus is not just answering questions, but guiding conversations toward clear outcomes. I am comfortable taking the lead in conversations, building rapport quickly, handling objections, and moving customers from interest to action without sounding scripted or pushy. Over time, I have also taken on leadership responsibilities, managing teams, improving workflows, and ensuring consistent performance in fast paced remote environments. What I bring • Inbound and outbound communication across phone, chat, email, and WhatsApp • Appointment setting and conversation control • Multilingual support in Portuguese, English, and Spanish • CRM management and follow ups • Process optimization and performance tracking • Team leadership and training Results • 15,000 plus hours on Upwork with 100 percent Job Success • Managed and trained a 7 person remote team • Supported global customers across multiple markets and languages • Known for reliability, speed, and taking full ownership of tasks I am used to working in performance driven environments where consistency, communication, and results matter. If you are looking for someone who can represent your business well, handle conversations with confidence, and consistently follow through, I am ready to contribute.
