Leads going cold and your team copying data between tools? I build GoHighLevel, n8n and Make systems that handle follow-ups, pipelines and reporting, so nothing slips. 100% Job Success, 2,100+ hours on Upwork, 9+ years remote with international clients. Mostly coaching, education and service businesses. See the case studies in my portfolio below. WHAT I BUILD ▸ GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, custom fields and API integrations ▸ CRM setup and cleanup ▸ Lead follow-up sequences ▸ SMS and WhatsApp reminders ▸ Appointment and calendar automation ▸ n8n, Make and Zapier automations that connect your CRM, email, forms and sheets ▸ AI assistants that draft replies and follow-ups, with a human approving before anything sends ▸ Live dashboards (Next.js on Vercel) pulling real-time CRM data ▸ Data cleanup and reconciliation between systems RECENT WORK ▸ Education and coaching business: built document collection, missing-item reminders, escalation warnings, onboarding and weekly compliance reports in GoHighLevel, plus a live sales dashboard for leadership. ▸ Business development desk: built a Claude-based system that drafts follow-ups in the team's voice, keeps trackers current and sends a daily report. Nothing goes out without human review. HOW I WORK ▸ Plan the structure before building ▸ Test on one record before any bulk change ▸ Scheduled sends only, so no accidental mass messages ▸ Daily progress updates and handover SOPs Send me the process that eats your team's week. I'll tell you how I'd automate it.
