Full Stack .NET, React & Flutter Developer | AI | SaaS, ERP, HRMS
I build production SaaS, ERP and mobile apps with .NET, React and Flutter, and I add AI to them properly: chatbots, document Q&A, CV scoring and agents that take real actions in your system. Most "AI developers" ship demos. I ship systems that companies run their payroll, hiring, inventory and orders on. What I've built • Multi-tenant HRMS: attendance, leave, payroll, org hierarchy and dynamic role-based permissions. Live in production with companies in Qatar and Pakistan. ASP.NET Core, React and SQL Server on Azure. • AI recruitment (ATS): CV parsing with Azure OpenAI, candidate scoring against each job's requirements, hiring pipeline, interview scheduling and Gmail sync. • ERP and POS: inventory, purchasing, sales, multi-branch operations and built-in tax, shift and sales reports, with heavy SQL Server tuning on 1M+ row tables. • Mobile apps: Flutter apps for iOS and Android built on the same .NET or Node.js backends, so web, mobile and admin share one API. • Integrations: X12 EDI (850, 810, 856) with trading partners, Shopify product, stock and order sync, and UPS and FedEx rates, labels and tracking. • Enterprise integration platform: EDI and supply-chain messaging at scale with Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Elasticsearch and Redis. • AI chatbots and agents: OpenAI and Claude with tool calling, RAG over your own documents (pgvector, Pinecone), streaming responses and agents that act, not just answer. Where I'm strongest • Multi-tenant SaaS architecture: tenant isolation (shared schema or dedicated DB), dynamic permissions and onboarding. The parts that quietly break once you pass 50 tenants. • Adding AI to software that is already in production, without destabilising it. • Real-time features: live chat, presence, notifications and audio/video with SignalR, WebSockets and WebRTC. • Performance: slow queries and stored procedures fixed, and load testing with k6 before your users find the problem. Stack C#, ASP.NET Core, Node.js, React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, Flutter, Dart, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Azure, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, OpenAI, Claude How I work I run a small studio, so you get an architect on the call and a team behind the delivery. I give estimates as ranges and hit them, and I'll tell you when a feature isn't worth building. If you're building an HRMS, ATS, ERP, POS, mobile app or internal platform, or you have one and want an AI layer or integration on top of it, send me the details and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.
