AI that answers from your own data Chatbots and search tools that answer from your documents, help center, or database instead of guessing from the open internet (this is what RAG means). One recent build is a customer support chatbot on LangChain and a vector database. An AI agent is only as good as the data you give it, so I also build the pipelines that pull data out of your tools and keep it ready to use. For a HealthTech startup, I built serverless data pipelines on AWS. For a retail SaaS company, I built a customer segmentation and sales forecast model.
