I'm a supply chain and sourcing professional with 12+ years of experience across manufacturing, logistics, and procurement — most of it spent fixing supply chains that weren't working. That project isn't an outlier — negotiating supplier contracts has saved my employers over $2M in separate cost-reduction initiatives, and I've built and maintained Lean, ISO 9001, and ITAR-compliant purchasing operations with zero audit incidents.
