⚫Your project deserves a distinctive design—and an architect who knows how to bring it to life. I help homeowners, developers, and businesses turn ambitious ideas into spaces that look exceptional, work beautifully, and are buildable. I’m Miloš Jokić, architect and founder of studio.offline. With my team of four architects, I connect design, technical documentation, sourcing, and construction coordination—keeping the big picture and the smallest details aligned. ✅With $200K+ earned on Upwork, 100% Job Success, and Top Rated Plus status, I’ve built my practice around lasting client relationships and projects that move beyond the drawing board. ⚫From the first idea to the finishing details Whether you’re creating a private home, developing residential property, opening a wellness space, or renovating a hotel, I can help you: 🔘 Shape the vision — architectural concepts, layouts, and interiors that give your project a clear identity. 🔘 See it before you build — realistic renderings and animations that help you make confident decisions. 🔘 Resolve the details — coordinated drawings, material specifications, and construction and fabrication details. 🔘 Source the right pieces — finishes, furniture, and fixtures through supplier networks across Europe and China. 🔘 Carry the design through construction — contractor and consultant coordination, site questions, and practical decisions that preserve the quality of the design. ⚫International experience. Built results. Our work spans five continents, including completed wellness and aesthetics interiors in Pennsylvania, a boutique gym in Norway, and residential projects in Belgrade. Our broader portfolio includes townhouse designs in Miami and hospitality and glamping developments in Australia. For hotel projects in Germany, the client has repeatedly commissioned us to produce detailed bathroom and natural-stone documentation. Their reviews highlight precision, clear communication, and our ability to catch inconsistencies before they reach the site. Our conceptual work has also earned international recognition, including first place for the Multifunctional Hall in Banja Luka. ⚫Personal attention. Studio capacity. You work directly with me as your design lead, backed by a team that can develop the drawings and details a substantial project demands. We establish the scope, priorities, and deliverables early. Throughout the process, we consider your budget, material availability, and construction requirements alongside the design—so each decision moves the project forward. Need a focused technical package? We can support your existing team. Looking for a partner from concept through sourcing and construction? We can structure our involvement around the full journey. Send me your brief, plans, or initial ideas, along with your location and target timeline. Let’s turn what you have in mind into a clear plan—and a space you’re proud to own.
