I help startups, founders, and research teams make better decisions through structured market and customer research. Over the last few years, I’ve completed over 55 projects on Upwork, working with clients across product research, market intelligence, decision-maker interviews, and hard-to-source research. My work goes beyond surface-level research. I specialize in: ✅ Customer discovery & user interviews ✅Market and competitor analysis ✅Decision-maker recruitment (B2B & niche industries) ✅Buyer personas & ICP research ✅Product and feature validation research I’ve conducted structured interviews with plant managers, procurement leads, founders, and senior decision-makers in industries such as manufacturing, food & beverage, real estate, and SaaS—helping teams validate ideas, refine products, and reduce costly assumptions. Clients work with me when they need clear insights, not just data. 🔹 What you can expect: ✅Well-structured research approach ✅Clear documentation & insight summaries ✅Strong communication & reliability ✅Research designed to support real business decisions. If you’re building, validating, or improving a product or strategy, I’d love to support your research needs.
