Most recently I've applied this to an oil & gas SaaS platform, designing multi-step approval flows, mass-edit interfaces, and complex data workflows used daily by analysts and operators, and building the design system that keeps it all consistent as the product grows. Before that, I led design on enterprise projects for a Big 4 consultancy, and ran small design teams at a Canadian studio, owning process and quality end-to-end.
