Daniela C.

I design and implement operational systems in Notion for founders and small teams. My work focuses on how projects, tasks, meetings, and documentation are structured and connected, so execution is consistent and visible. I help teams move away from scattered tools and manual follow-ups by building clear, usable systems. I specialize in: • Notion workspace setup and optimization • Project and task system design • Meeting follow-up and action tracking • Workflow and SOP documentation • Operational dashboards for visibility and ownership My background includes operations support, project coordination, and system implementation. I’ve worked closely with founders and remote teams, supporting day-to-day execution and improving how work is tracked and managed. I’ve also worked in a professional customer success role within a major hosting company, where structured processes, escalation, and reliability were part of daily operations. I don’t offer templates or generic setups. Systems are built around how the team actually works and are designed to be maintained long-term. Tools: Notion, Zapier, N8N, Google Workspace, CRM tools, Calendly, Loom, Microsoft Office
