Just a brief introduction, I used to work with United Healthcare Group under Alorica as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years and 7 months. The tasks that I handled before is providing account information like Benefits and Eligibility also Scheduling patients visit. I also handled Claims and billing where the Doctors and Providers are giving us a call for their claims since I was working that time in an insurance company. I'm also a College Graduate at Polytechnic University of the Philippines with the Course of Office Management in Technology major in Medical Business. I am motivated, fast learner, efficient, flexible and competent person. I am able to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis.
