𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐈 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊 I scope the process before I automate it, not the other way around. The first call is questions: what is the current process, where is the manual work, and what should happen automatically. You get a short written note before anything is built: the first piece, what you will see when it is done, and what it should cost. Then a working piece every week. Every bot has a failure path, a log and someone it tells when it breaks, and documentation good enough that your team is not dependent on me.
