My goal is to make your agency less dependent on you, delivering great work for your clients, and making things easier for everybody. Chances are, you have proved your core service works, you know how to deliver it, and you can see where it’s supposed to go, but it’s getting harder as you grow. You’ve built a small team, but every important decision, approval, or problem gets back to you. You’re working to grow your business (marketing, sales, referrals), but if you land 1-2 big clients, best case: you find yourself working 70+ hour weeks; worst case: everything breaks. Ideally, you want to avoid being the single point of failure. That’s where I help. I own delivery, take workload out of your plate, figure things out, build systems, workflows, automations, teams, then take some more workload off your plate. I love a good challenge.
