Welcome to my profile. I am Erica Souza, a Brazilian Virtual Assistant from São Paulo. I've been a Trilingual Executive Secretary for the last 13 years and I successfully attended to all my executives requests, providing executive and administrative support and personal administration services, saving their time, doing all the bureaucratic work and solving problems. For the last three years, I have been successfully working virtually supporting expatriates, foreigners in Brazil and Brazilians abroad, in the most diverse tasks, including executive, administrative and personal ones. My background is in Tourism and Secretarial, and in addition to my native Portuguese, I can also communicate in English and Spanish. With my solid experience as a Virtual Assistant, I always look to deliver final results with the best quality possible so my clients can achieve their goals.
