Hello, I am a CRM and Marketing Operations specialist with three years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce in an English/Japanese corporate marketing and sales environment. My work sits at the intersection of systems and people. In my previous role, I supported multinational sales teams and managers by improving how they used Salesforce in their daily work.
