There are approximately 30,000 SaaS companies worldwide and around 3.5+ million apps available for download across the App Store and google play (2023), with that being said, honestly how certain are you on a scale of 1 to 10 that your digital product would solve enough user problems and retain paying customers? If your answer is below an 8, then here’s what's causing your uncertainty: 🚩You don’t have a proper user-centric design framework to translate your idea into a product 🚩You are not conducting user research and usability tests to inform your design decisions 🚩You don't have a prototype for your product and can’t iterate on your ideas and make them more user-friendly 🚩You are unsatisfied with how your product works right now and know that it hasn’t reached its potential yet For any of these reasons, your chances of developing a high-value product with functional and appealing features can drop drastically … And here is where I can help you the most ✴️ I work with SaaS companies to: 💎Solve complex design problems (designing the right things) 💎Prototype solutions (designing things right) Using proven design frameworks like the double diamond, design thinking, and Google Sprints, we turn the ambiguous “User Experience” process into a concrete set of activities and tools to understand real user problems and come up with innovative design solutions for them. I also pride myself on my ability to take technical ideas/briefs from your team and stakeholders, and translate them into a beautiful, intuitive, and functional interface. 🎨 What do I create? - SaaS platforms UX/UI - Startups prototypes and research - Complex CRM/ERP systems designs - Management platforms (Invoices, Payments, Humans, Personnel, Fleet, etc) - Mobile Applications User flows - AI-powered platforms We may be a great fit if you are: 🔑Unclear on how to improve your app's user experience and struggling to keep users engaged 🔑Struggling to turn your vision into a high-fidelity prototype that can be used for development 🔑Need someone who can conduct user research to uncover key insights and design solutions that meet the needs of your users 🔑Want to work with someone who can design visually appealing and easy-to-use features that help drive user engagement and retention 🔑Frustrated with designers who don't take the time to understand your business’s culture, market, and user needs Working with me, you will have: ✅Someone with a Mobile-first mindset ✅Someone with the ability to solve complex design problems and come up with clever UX solutions to achieve the elimination of confusion in each use case of your product flow ✅Someone who can create both functional and appealing features that address client's needs and help grow the customer base ✅Someone who can take design requests/user feedback and come back with high-quality deliverables that require minimal revisions ✅Someone responsible for the process of improving the UI/UX early for development time ✅A skilled UX and product designer who seeks to really understand your product and user needs My Tool Stack Includes: 🛠️Hi-Fidelity UI: Figma | Ziplin ✏️Wireframing: Figma | Miro | Balsamiq 📲Prototyping: Figma | Protopie | Webflow 🧪Usability Testing: Zoom | Usertesting.com | Maze | Useberry | UXtweak 📊Behavioural Analytics: Hotjar(Partner) | Fullstory | Mixpannel | Kissmetrics | Google Analytics 🎯Project Management: Jira | Trello | Asana SOUND LIKE A FIT?
