Erica N.

My name is Erica and I am a writer, editor, translator, data entry specialist and customer care agent with 15+ years of professional experience. I am a native English and Swedish speaker, and I also speak/read/write fluent Spanish at native speaker level. I am very passionate about writing, words and languages, and I am always up for a new challenge. I consider myself to be organized, outgoing, detail-oriented and easy to work with, and I always strive to exceed expectations. I have a BA in English, Literature, and Creative Writing. I grew up bilingual, speaking English and Swedish, and while I acquired my Spanish skills later in life, I now speak/read/write fluently at native speaker level. I also have basic knowledge of Portuguese, French, Norwegian, and Danish. Working remotely is something I truly enjoy and something I believe I am good at, and I have been lucky enough to work with many interesting clients. I have spent most of my career working professionally as a content/copywriter, translator, editor (both fiction and nonfiction), data entry specialist and voice talent (audiobook recordings), and I have previous experience serving as a judge for short story competitions. Additionally, I have written for literary blogs and annual magazines (print) and had a couple of short stories published. I am also very well versed in the iGaming industry. I specialize in delivering quality work that exceeds the expectations of my clients. As an individual, I am both friendly, happy, and enthusiastic, I get along great with other people and I work well both alone and as part of a team. I take a lot of pride in the work I do, and it is important to me to always perform in ways that satisfy my clients while also feeling proud of my work. Communication is the key to any successful business relationship.
