I design and deploy bespoke, AI-native Work Operating Systems built from first principles. Rather than forcing your business into the constraints of off-the-shelf SaaS platforms, I architect fluid infrastructures that are entirely custom and infinitely extensible. My approach—Generative Operations—leverages intent-driven design and direct AI orchestration to compress the distance between your strategic vision and operational delivery. With an MBA and certifications in PRINCE2, Agile, and ITIL, I combine enterprise-grade governance with cutting-edge 'vibe coding' to transform operations into a self-optimizing capability.
