Hi, I'm Emmalee. I work with business owners and attorneys who are stretched thin and need someone dependable to keep things moving. That usually means the inbox, the calendar, documents, bookkeeping, and all the follow-up that slips when everyone is busy. My background is in finance and operations. I was Operations Manager at a fractional CFO firm, where I was the main contact for our business owner clients and ran their QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, and monthly reporting. Before that, I coordinated real estate and franchise transactions from contract to close, and I worked as a rental accountant and assistant property manager for a large vacation rental portfolio. I'm currently in an accredited paralegal program, and I'm already using it. I support a private client with litigation work, organizing case documents and preparing financial analysis, and I'm managing a commercial loan refinance between the lender, attorneys, and title company.
