Kirsten G.

Hi, I’m Kirsten! I'm a seasoned project and program manager with over a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results across startups, ecommerce, and SaaS environments. I specialize in helping clients bring structure to chaos, whether it's launching a new product, managing complex operations, or building out remote teams. I've led projects from idea to execution across web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms, working closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to keep timelines tight and communication clear. I’ve built and managed subcontract teams, hired and led freelancers on Upwork for enterprise clients, and served as the go-to for making sure the right people are doing the right work at the right time. I’m well-versed in tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana, Basecamp, Teamwork, and MS Project. I also work comfortably across Salesforce, Hubspot, ServiceNow, and integrate seamlessly into workflows using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure DevOps. I’m certified as a Professional Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, and AWS Cloud Practitioner, and I’m fluent in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies depending on what the team needs. If you're looking for someone who can think strategically, manage execution, and adapt quickly to your business needs, let's talk!
