Funke Elizabeth A.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Ajayi. Over the past seven years, I’ve worked as a Human resource manager, Hr Admin , Business Development Specialist, helping companies across tech, healthcare, aviation, marketing, and advertising find the perfect match for their teams. My journey began with a simple passion: connecting talented people with opportunities where they can thrive. Since then, I’ve worked with businesses of all sizes to streamline their hiring processes, source top-tier candidates, and build relationships that last. Whether it’s finding specialized talent for a tech startup, ensuring healthcare organizations are fully staffed, or recruiting aviation professionals for niche roles, I approach every project with the same dedication: understanding what makes a business tick and matching them with people who can drive their success. On the business development side, I’m proactive and results-driven. I’ve honed my skills in cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach, turning initial conversations into long-term partnerships. I don’t just bring in clients; I ensure they stay, thanks to a personalized approach and a focus on delivering value. What sets me apart? I’m not just about filling positions,I’m about building relationships. I believe in creating a positive, seamless experience for both clients and candidates. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your growth and success, let’s collaborate.
