Kaye Ann S.

I write SEO-optimized product titles and descriptions and keep your listings and stock accurate across every platform, so your products get found and your store runs without you checking on it. For the past 2+ years, I've managed product listings, titles, descriptions, and inventory across 7 platforms: Shopify, TikTok Shop, Faire, FashionGo, OrangeShine, Volusion, and LA Showroom. I've run bulk CSV/Excel uploads of 200+ products per batch (Volusion) and kept stock numbers updated so stores don't oversell or run out. WHAT I DO • Product listing creation and updates (titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, SKUs, images) • SEO product titles and descriptions • Cleanup and improvement of low-performing listings • Bulk uploads and updates using CSV/Excel • Product catalogue management • Checking product details for accuracy and consistency • Inventory and stock updates across platforms • Order tracking and shipment updates (ShipStation) • Basic Canva graphics and social media posting • AI-assisted product copy using ChatGPT and Claude TOOLS Shopify, TikTok Shop Seller Center, Faire, Volusion, FashionGo, OrangeShine, LA Showroom, ShipStation, Google Sheets, Excel, Dropbox, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude WORKING WITH ME I work carefully and keep a close eye on details like SKUs, variants, and pricing.
