I help business owners turn scattered tools, manual processes, and AI experiments into practical systems their teams can actually use. Most businesses do not need another AI tool sitting on a list. They need someone to look at how work moves through the business, where information is getting lost, what the team is doing manually, and where AI can help without creating more confusion. That is the work I do. I set up AI agents and AI-assisted workflows for real business jobs, with clear instructions, source material, boundaries, review points, and handoffs. The goal is not to add a complicated new system. It is to give people one practical way to see the work, find the information, and know what happens next. Business knowledge is a big part of this. Before a team can use AI well, its processes, source material, decisions, language, and operating rules need to be captured in a way both people and AI can work from. I help turn scattered documents, meetings, repeat questions, rough notes, and tribal knowledge into usable knowledge bases, SOPs, source libraries, and working instructions. That makes onboarding easier, gives the team a clearer reference point, and gives AI better context than a one-off prompt. I work with teams that want practical AI training, not a generic overview. I can help set up the tools, teach the workflow, create the what-to-say and what-to-do guidance, build human-review steps, and make sure the team knows where to go when something does not work as expected.
