I have spent the past year as financial manager for a mid sized and rapidly growing property management company. My primary software experience is with Buildium, Quickbooks, and Appfolio. I specialize in account clean up and reconciliation projects. At my last role, I processed an average of $3000 a day of account payable invoices and $5,000 of receivables. I reconciled 8 bank accounts daily with 10-50 transactions per day. I was responsible for issuing 541 clients and vendors a 1099 tax form for the 2021 tax year. Additionally, I have extensive experience with data analysis and KPI tracking for the growth and development of a small to mid sized company. Excel is a program I feel very comfortable with in order to produce efficient and accurate financial records.
