AI Video Automation | n8n, HeyGen, Runway, ElevenLabs Pipelines
Most AI video doesn't fail on the first clip. It fails somewhere around the hundredth, when the pipeline that produced forty good videos quietly starts producing forty broken ones and nobody notices for a week. I build AI video systems: the pipeline that takes a script or a product feed and returns finished, captioned, platform-ready video at volume, wired together in n8n and Make com with the generation and voice APIs doing the work. How I work I don't pick tools before I understand the output you need. The first session is mapping: how many videos a month, what has to stay consistent across all of them, which platforms they publish to, and what has to be checked before anything goes live. Then I propose an architecture, scope a first phase, and build one working piece so you can see it running before we extend it. That order matters. Most of the broken pipelines I get called into exist because someone bought a template first and bent the process around it. What I build Avatar and spokesperson video at volume. HeyGen and Synthesia wired into a repeatable process: scripting, brand setup, batch generation, and QA before delivery. This is where most of the usable commercial output is right now. Ad variant generation. One concept turned into dozens of versions for paid social, with hooks, captions, aspect ratios and languages varied systematically rather than by hand, and output named and routed so your media buyer can actually use it. Localization and dubbing pipelines. One source video out to multiple languages with ElevenLabs, duration checked, terminology enforced, and delivered into the asset store you already use. Short form repurposing. Long video in, clipped and captioned short video out, on a schedule, with clip selection reviewed rather than left to a model. Editing and finishing. Premiere Pro and After Effects for the work generation cannot do: real timing, real sound, real motion graphics. Generated footage on its own looks generated. Reliability and compliance. Error handling, retries, rate limit handling and alerts so a failed run surfaces instead of passing silently. Platform rules are engineering requirements now: enough variation between outputs to stay monetizable, disclosure labels per platform, and AI presenters kept out of finance, health and legal. A template cannot do that. A system can. Selected work An n8n content automation pipeline connecting LLM generation, API calls and scheduled output A CCTV quotation configurator connecting Google Sheets and Docs with an LLM, turning a manual process into a generated document Invoice and document automation for a German accounting workflow, from Gmail intake through to Lexware with SKR03 classification A multi-country lead pipeline in Make com pulling from Google Places into a structured Sheets CRM across 60 industries and 5 countries Tools: n8n, Make com, Zapier, HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Runway, Veo, Kling, Higgsfield, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Topaz, Shotstack, JSON2Video, Creatomate, Claude and the Anthropic API, OpenAI, Airtable, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, Python. What you get Working systems inside accounts you own, documentation your team can read, end to end testing before handover, and a cost per video you know in advance instead of a surprise API bill. If you keep me on afterwards it should be because it is working, not because you are locked in. Tell me how many videos a month you need and what has to stay consistent across all of them, and I will tell you whether a pipeline is worth building or whether you are better off making them by hand for now.
