Operations & Research Support for Startups & Founder-Led Teams

Over the past 5+ years I've supported founders, small teams, and organisations across a mix of coordination, research, and operations work : Project execution to ecosystem research and ongoing admin support. That range means I'm equally comfortable inside a structured team workflow with clear briefs, and self-directing my own research and tracking projects when a client needs someone who can just run with it. I work best with clients who want someone reliable, proactive, and detail-aware How I can help: ✅ Project & operations coordination ✅ Online research, ecosystem mapping, lead/opportunity tracking ✅ Google Sheets / Excel cleanup, dashboards, and simple data visualisations ✅ Calendar management and deadline tracking ✅ Submissions, applications, and directory listings on your behalf ✅ Document formatting and SOP creation ✅ Email handling and inbox organisation ✅ General admin support for founder-led and small teams
