Software engineering is my hobby and profession. I have experience with working in small teams and public open-source projects such as webview/webview on GitHub where I am a collaborator. I have created various noteworthy projects: * Tools for modifying proprietary software and file formats though reverse engineering (e.g. Dead Island Save Editor written in C++ with wxWidgets) * Project release/asset management server written in C#/ASP.NET with a Web API that I use in my own projects' CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Deployment) cycle. * Discord bot written in C# with unique spam/scam detection features. * Wireless doorbell system with hardware built around an ESP32 SoC where the firmware is written in C using the native Espressif SDK, a server written in Node.js that can run on a Raspbery Pi, and a mobile app written in Java for Android. I value good development practices with code reviews, automatied testing and deployment, code coverage checks, technical documentation skills, etc. While working for a Norwegian cybersecurity company, I developed and maintained systems for end-to-end-encrypted communication which involved web backends written in Java/Spring and Node.js; frontend written in HTML/JavaScript/CSS; mobile apps written in Java for Android, and in Objective-C for iOS; relational databases and messaging, cloud infrastructure, etc. Those who work with me can expect a responsible and trustworthy business partner.
