Amarachi I.

Hey!! Hold on! I know what you are thinking. What could you possibly gain when you get to hire a reliable virtual assistant like me? Well, to answer your question, a lot of people get caught up in the overwhelming tasks that they end up being less productive at the end of the day and get to miss the key factor, time management. I can help you with that, with the aim of organizing and planning how to divide your time between different activities. Get it right, and you get to work smarter and focus more on top tasks that require your attention. I am a self-starter and do well under little to no supervision. I have worked for many respected clients providing administrative services and this has helped them become productive while handling other projects that require their attention. I have always made quality my top priority while also getting work done in a timely manner and meeting deadlines. I am experienced with: * Scheduling appointments * Ticking of to-do lists * Google docs and calendars * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Zoom * Slack * Click-Up * Data entry * Customer service * Social media management. …as well as other services. I live and breathe administrative tasks as well as handle different ad-hoc functions in my everyday life. So, you can say that your project is safe with me! I enjoy helping my clients achieve their company and personal goals. I am available to take on new work per request and look forward to speaking with you about your project needs!
