I have more than 8 years in customer service experience, I used to work for MetroPcs 1 year and then I move to restaurant industry for 6 years and worked directly with customers, I learn listening what customer wants and concerns, those years of experience help me in call center to provide support in a pleasant manner, doing everything possible to get customer satisfied.
