I have worked the last two years in as an intake manager for a Personal Injury Law Firm based out of California. I was in charge of doing intakes for motor vehicle accidnets and premises cases. I was also in charge of reporting the bonuses for the team and in charge of two other intake specialist. I was signing anywhrere from 15-25 cases monthly, and overlooking that the team would send qualifyig cases to the case managers to proceed with opening a case for the client. I am familiar with Lead Docket, FileVine, Casepeer, and Ringcentral and a variety of other CMS systems.
